Uniform and Badges

All sections wear a uniform to their weekly meetings and on trips or camps away. But what uniform is required?

What do Beavers wear?

Beavers wear a blue sweatshirt, with their badges sewn on, and a pair of navy blue activity trousers or shorts. Upon the Beavers investiture, they will also wear a 4th Braintree scarf, which is royal blue with a gold trim.

What do Cubs wear?

Cubs wear a green sweatshirt, with their badges sewn on, and a pair of navy blue activity trousers or shorts. Upon the Cubs investiture, they will also wear a 4th Braintree scarf, which is royal blue with a gold trim.

What do Scouts wear?

Scouts wear a teal green shirt or blouse, with their badges sewn on, and a pair of navy blue activity trousers or shorts. Upon the Scouts investiture, they will also wear a 4th Braintree scarf, which is royal blue with a gold trim.


Where can I buy my uniform?


Prances scout activity centre

Support your Scout group by shopping local. Prances activity centre can supply of uniforms for all sections. We will receive a small donation from all purchases at Prances.


Official Scout Shop

If you are shopping online we recommend making purchases through the official Scout shop.


4th Braintree branded clothing

Let people know you are part of the 4th Braintree Scout Group with our range of branded clothing. We work with a local company to supply hoodies, t-shirts and polo shirts bearing our logo. We receive a small donation for purchases from this range.
